LRD0056/S3E: Winterwood Developments Limited, intend to apply to Fingal County Council for permission for a Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) on a site of approx. 1.87ha on lands at Winterwood, Carpenterstown Road, Dublin 15, D15 YH4C.
