Permission for the development which will consist of (1) demolition of existing single storey house, (2) partial demolition of existing roadside shed (3) construction of new replacement house consisting of two storey and single storey elements on an enlarged site, (4) construction of domestic boat shed, (5) decommissioning of existing septic tank system and replacement with an upgraded tertiary wastewater treatment system on site, (6) closure of existing vehicular entrance and upgrading of agricultural entrance to form an improved vehicular entrance, (7) All associated landscaping, parking, site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
