Revisions to southern elevation onto Seapoint Promenade, 2. Revisions to eastern elevation onto Quincentennial Drive, 3. Increased basement area (+24sqm), increased ground floor area (+141sqm), increased first floor area (+49sqm) and reduction to second floor area (-188sqm), 4. Alterations to internal layout, access and circulation areas, together with relocation of bin and bike stores to basement level, 5. Reduction in the no. of upper floor apartments from 7 no. units to 5 no. units, with revisions to apartment layout and parapet height to provide for 2 no. 1 bed units, 2 no. 2 bed units and 1 no. 4 bed unit, 6. All other ancillary site works and services connections.
