The replacement of the existing grass main playing pitch with a new 4G playing surfaced pitch. A new storage building and maintenance yard. Hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments including semi-mature trees and paving as indicated. Associated site works including provision of new foul and surface water sewers, site signage, generators, gas skid, stone cladding to existing retaining wall, etc. Minor modifications to the existing greyhound track to accommodate the above works.
