For the conversion of an existing unused 3 storey commercial/residential building to use as an extension of the adjoining Corralea Court Hotel. The development will consist of the provision of a reception area, lobby and toilets at ground floor level and for the provision of additional hotel bedroom accommodation at first and second floor level and for alterations to the front elevation of the building and hotel to provide a new hotel entrance, signage and revised glazing. Permission is also sought for alterations to the existing lift shaft serving the hotel to access the second floor and for all ancillary works in connection with the alterations. (Gross floor space of proposed works: 201.4 sqm.)
