Creation of new link into the existing guest corridor at -1 level. Single storey 12sqm extension to existing staircase to the rear of the Luxury Wing to provide new secondary access to the bedroom wings. Relocation of the existing vehicular access road to the west of the new bedroom wing and modifications to the existing car parking (12 spaces) and general landscaping. Ballynahinch Castle Hotel is a Protected structure. A Natura Impact statement has been prepared. Gross floor area proposed 1032m2, demolition 633m2.
