The works include 143 No. surface car parking spaces, ambulance parking spaces, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associate site works to facilitate the development, located on a site of C. 108 Ha. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) shall be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. Gross floor space of proposed works: 5109.4 sqm
