Erection of single storey timber clad cabin with metal Decra slate roof on stone base with verandah for domestic use in line with former teachers residence on site. Erection of Perspex timber open roof structure between shed and container. Gross floor space of proposed works: New Cabin - 25 sqm. Gross floor space of work to be retained: Shed - 25 sqm, Container - 15 sqm
