And full planning permission sought to carry out the following, 1: Retain the existing dwelling house all on revised site boundaries (previous planning permission reference 18202). 2:Retain the existing entry/exit gate on the North East side of the site. 3:Demolish the existing storage sheds to the rear of the dwelling house. 4:Construct a new extension to the existing dwelling house and carry out alterations to the front façade of the dwelling house. 5:Create a new entry/exit gate on the North West side of the site. 6:Remove the existing sewage treatment facilities and install a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area. 7:Construct a new domestic garage/fuel store and all ancillary site works. Gross space of proposed works: 193 sqm (Extension), 59 sqm (Garage). Gross floor space of work to be retained: 140 sqm (House). Gross floor space of any demolition: 79 sqm (Shed)
