The development will consist of approximately 62.6 hectares solar farm comprising photovoltaic panels on ground mounted frames, 20 no. single storey MV substations, 3 no. single storey customer substations, boundary security fencing, 1 no. communications pole, CCTV, associated electricity cabling and ducting, provision of access tracks, access gates and all associated ancillary development and landscaping works, and will have an operational lifespan of 30 years. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. Gross floor space of proposed works: 673.2 sqm
