For the construction of the following, 1) provision of a below ground wet well chamber (approx. 18m3) emergency storage chamber with screen (approx. 37m3 storage volume) and valve chamber (approx. 6m3) to replace the existing below ground inlet screening chamber wet well and dry well which will be decommissioned all within the existing pumping station compound, 2) replacement of the existing below ground gravity sewer from the existing below ground combined sewer overflow (CSO) chamber on Chapel Street to the existing below ground manhole within the yard of the public house with a 225mm diameter gravity sewer 3) Construction of a new below ground gravity sewer, 225mm dimeter from the existing below ground manhole within the yard of public house to the new pumping station wet well; 4) Decommissioning of the existing below ground gravity sewer, 150mm diameter from the existing below ground manhole with in the yard of the public house to the existing pumping station inlet screening chamber, 5) Decommissioning of the existing below ground CSO chamber and replacement with a new below ground manhole to facilitate the transfer of wastewater flows from the Ahascragh network to the new pumping station wet well, 6) the decommissioning of the existing CSO pipe from the existing CSO chamber to the Mill Stream; 7) the construction of an emergency overflow pipe from the proposed emergency storage chamber within the existing pumping station compound to the Mill Stream and 8) associated below ground pipework connections from the existing pumping station inlet tank to the proposed wet well rising main connection from proposed valve chamber to existing rising main which leads to the Ahascragh Wastewater Treatment Plant. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared to accompany this planning application. Gross floor space of proposed works; 33sqm, Gross floor space of work to be retained; 13sqm
