(Previous planning applications 06/5042 and 10/1745). Full planning permission also sought to retain the existing ground floor toilet facilities, canteen facilities and office space on part of the ground floor of unit 5. Full planning permission also sought to install a lift to facilitate unit 5 and the existing two storey office block. Permission also sought to install a new front door to unit 5 and all ancillary site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 208 sqm.
