Spectator facilities will be improved through the creation of a standing terrace area to the eastern side of the Main Pitch. A single-storey structure is proposed adjacent to the Training Area which will include additional machinery storage facilities as well as accessible toilet facilities and kit storage (140SM) in this location. All services including Mains Water & Public Sewer connections are available at present and will serve the proposed new Club House and Toilet Facilities adjacent to Training Area.
