THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ALSO INCLUDES ALL ASSOCIATED AND ANCILLARY WORKS, INCLUDING DEMOLITIONS AND THE CREATION OF A NEW ENTRANCE WITH CANOPY ABOVE TO THE FRONT / EASTERN ELEVATION.
