THE RECONSTRUCTION WILL ALSO INCORPORATE A CARRAIGE/AMBULANCE ENTRANCE TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE MEDICAL CENTRE AT THE REAR, FROM MAIN STREET. EXTEND MULVIHILLS PHARMACY BUILDING TO INCORPORATE ENTRANCE LOBBY AND LIFT (TO SERVICE PROPOSED APARTMENTS AND EXISTING MULVIHILL PHARMACY BUILDING ), AN EXTENSION TO THE DISPENSARY AND OFFICE SPACE ON THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS. CONVERT A ROOM IN THE DALYS LANE MEDICAL CENTRE TO TREATMENT ROOM AND INSTALL EMERGENCY ACCESS TO AMBULANCE BAY. CONSTRUCT A COVERED AMBULANCE BAY AT THE MEDICAL CENTRE AND DEVELOP THE ENCLOSED SITE TO CREATE MEDICAL CENTRE RELATED PARKING.
