APARTMENT BUILDINGS RANGING IN HEIGHT FROM 3-4 STOREYS IN THE WESTERN AREAS OF THE SITE. ANCILLARY SITE WORKS INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF BIN STORES, BICYCLE STORES, AN ESB SUBSTATION, TOTEM SIGNAGE AND PUBLIC REALM IMPROVEMENTS. VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FROM THE BALLYCASHEEN ROAD TO THE SOUTH WITH PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ALSO ACCOMMODATED FROM THE N22 TO THE NORTH
