Tadhg Casey Architects (085 242 6224, tc@tcarchitects.ie) intend to apply to Kerry County Council for retention planning permission on behalf of Jeremiah O’Halloran, pertaining to the following: (A) Retain an existing agricultural storage shed as constructed, (B) Retain an existing concrete post and panel fence, (C) Retain existing 2 no. access gates; and all associated ancillary site works on a site within the curtilage of Ballyheigue castle, a protected structure (RPS KY-21301401 14-1-A) at Castlelawn, Ballyheigue, County Kerry. This planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its public opening hours and that a submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the Planning Authority in writing on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the application.
