Planning Permission to amend an existing grant of Planning Permission which was previously permitted under planning reg. number 2460603 at Banshagh, Killorglin, Co.Kerry. The proposed amendment is for 14 no. additional units to the south of the site for the provision of sheltered housing. The initial 80 units to the north of the site are to remain as previously permitted. The amendment will consist of 1.) Construction of 14no. 2 bed units using typologies previously granted consisting of six 2 bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses and eight 2 bedroom two-storey terraced houses in two blocks of five and one block of four 2.) Minor modifications to the permitted site plan including alterations to the road layout 3.) Minor modifications to the internal plans and elevations of the previously granted typologies 4.) All ancillary site and landscaping works necessary to complete the development
