Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of a change of design to the proposed extension which involves relocating the extension further east along rear of existing dwelling and a reduction in overall footprint by removing one wing of previous extension proposal. Revised extension to consist partially of two storeys on split level following the existing contours of the site
