The demolition of the single storey kitchen, outbuildings, and the construction of a single storey extension and garage, all to the rear of the existing dwelling. Modification to existing dwelling to include, renovations to interior layout, fenestration, removal of 1 No. chimney, replace existing wet dashed render with new napped render finish and replace existing roof tiles to match new concrete tiles on proposed extension. The development will also consist of the replacement of the existing septic tank with a new proprietary effluent treatment system, percolation area and all associated and ancillary works
