The works include the demolition of an existing modern, lean-to structure, the construction of a single storey extension to provide a 2 bedroom dwelling, landscaping around the dwelling with car parking, a new metal railing and timber fence to the north-east of the dwelling at the demesne entrance, a new treatment plant and percolation area to replace the existing septic tank and all associated ancillary works
