The demolition of the existing habitable dwelling on site (111sqm) and the construction of 49 no. residential dwellings comprising of 4 no. 1 bed Maisonette units (Type A); 2 no. 2 bed terraced units (Type B1); 2 no. 2 bed, end of terrace units (Type B); 20 no. 3 bed, semi-detached units (Type C); 18 no. 4 bed, semidetached units (Type D & D2); 2 no. 4 bed, detached units (Type D1 & D3) and 1 no. 3 bed bungalow unit (Type C1); together with the creation of a vehicular access and 2 no. pedestrian only entrances off the L6033; all ancillary internal access roads, parking, infrastructure, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site and development works on a site measuring approx 1.976ha. The proposed development facilitates the upgrading of L6033 and the provision of a pedestrian footpath to integrate with improvements to the L6033/L6034 junction to the west, permitted under Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. 16/833 (An Bord Pleanála Reg. Ref. PL09.248488)
