Proposed development

Application description published by Kildare County Council.
For completion of a family flat. Retention permission is sought for the existing detached timber structure on the site. Permission is sought for the reorientation of the detached timber structure and construction of an extension (or link) from the aforementioned detached timber structure on the site to incorporate the structure into the existing cottage. The extension/link element will function as a hallway/lobby. The timber structure and the link element together will thus become a family flat for use of the applicant’s parents. Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing septic tank with a proprietary treatment tank suitable to cater for the increased loading from the development
