(i) Construction of a milking parlour with associated dairy and livestock handling facilities to include underground slatted tank, silage pit and concrete lagoon; (ii) Erection of external milk tank, meal bins and water storage tank; (iii) Construction of a new private well; (iv) Widening of existing vehicular entrance via Ardrass Road; and, (v) All ancillary works, including site clearance works, necessary to facilitate the proposed development. Revised by Significant Further Information consisting of; (i) construction of milking parlour (676sqm) with associated livestock wintering facility (1,909sqm), handling facilities, underground slatted tank, silage pit and concrete lagoon; (ii) erection of external milk tank, meal bins and water storage tank; (iii) construction of a new private well; (iv) construction of an internal access road; and (v) all ancillary works, including site clearance works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. The site is located at Ardrass Upper & Killadoon and within the curtilage of Killadoon House, stone walls and Demesne, which are protected structures (RPS Ref: BH11-07). No works are proposed that would directly affect these structures. Revised redline site boundary to include for use of an existing vehicular entrance onto the R403 at Killadoon with provision of internal gravel laneway to access the proposed development (the proposed laneway and entrance onto Ardrass Road no longer forms part of the proposal).
