An amendment to previously permitted residential development, Reg. Ref. 16/1145 (subsequently amended under Reg. Ref. 17/886 and Reg. Ref. 17/1369 ). The proposed amendments relate to 8 no. units only of the permitted scheme, and comprises of removal of existing rear access laneways and the construction of bin stores to serve unit Nos. 38,39,50, and 51 and the associated extension of gardens to units 37,40,49 and 52 (due to the omission of rear access).The proposed bin stores are to be constructed in metal with planting to the front elevation. The bin stores will measure approximately 1.2 metres in height, 0.85 metres in width and 3.705m in total length.
