The proposed development is comprised of 7 no. 4 bedroom detached houses, 22no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 21.no 3 bedroom terraced houses & 6 no. 2 bedroom terraced houses. Access to the proposed development will be from the adjoining Kilheale Manor residential estate to the west of the proposed development site. The proposed development includes for all associated site development works, drainage, car parking, open spaces and landscaping etc. The applicant has also submitted a concurrent application to the Planning Authority for residential development on lands adjoining the north/northeast of the subject site
