The revised access route will run from an existing gated entrance on the R418 at Grangerosnolvan Athy Co. Kildare and will comprise the development of a 3m X 455m hardcore track and use of an existing compacted earth track that adjoins the permitted access route at the entrance to the Coillte plantation. The alternative route is required to ensure compliance with condition seven of the parent grant of permission,
