For construction of 2 No. GAA grass playing pitches to the east of the exiting Pitch 1, (Pitch 2 – 130m x 80m, Pitch 3 – 140m x 90m), raising of ground levels and construction of associated pitch drainage. Permission is sought for the following: Construction of 12 No. 21.30m high lighting to Pitch 2 and Pitch 3. Construction of 4 No. 12m high x 30m ball stop netting behind goals of Pitch 2 and Pitch 3. Construction of a new 90m x 50m all-weather pitch to replace an existing grass juvenile pitch, including new 2.4m high perimeter fencing, 6m high ball stop netting (up to 12m high behind goals) and 5m high concrete skills wall. Construction of 2 No. 12m high lighting columns to the all-weather pitch. New hard standing for car parking spaces (approx. 155 spaces) and bicycle parking (approx. 25) and associated 6m high lighting columns. 1200m of new 2m wide hard stand looped walkway around perimeter of site. A new 220kV generator, 1,000 litre diesel tank, fuel feed line and switchboard with 2.4m high perimeter fencing enclosure. Installation of 2 No. 20ft storage containers for GAA equipment. New boundary treatments around the perimeter of the site (fencing and planting). All associated site development works. Revised by Significant Further Information consisting; of a revised drawing has been submitted to the planning authority highlighting the extent of the new 2m high boundary wall as a noise mitigation measure which will replace a previously proposed 2.4m high weld mesh fence.
