Changes to permitted house types A1, A2, B1 B2 (all 4 bedroom) approved under Planning Reference 18/1166. 34 no. dwellings are proposed to be revised at sites: 1-18, 23-26, 32-35 and 42-49. House type A1 is increased in floor area to 147.6m² and increased in height by 0.33m (A1 is renamed to A4), House type A2 shall be increased in floor area to 147.6m² and increased in height by 0.33m (A2 is renamed to A3). House type B1 is increased in floor area to 147.8m² and increased in height by 0.33m (B1 is renamed to B3). House type B2 is increased in floor area to 152.8m² and increased in height by 0.33m (B2 is renamed to B4). Revisions to the surface water drainage layout to include integration of eastern existing ditch/ water course and use of proposed stormtech attenuation system and minor adjustments to the footpath and associated site development works. There is no increase in the total number of permitted dwellings.
