This extension to accommodate two bedrooms, 4) an extension (part two storey) to the rear elevation. This extension to accommodate dining space, 5) altering the existing hipped roof to an apex roof with gable. New roof to have new skylights to the rear elevation, and new windows in new side gable, 6) an attic to be used as a dry storage area, 7) widening the existing driveway entrance. There are also internal modifications and all associated site works
