The application also includes modification to the existing agricultural entrance which has historically served this land and the use of the revised access (which includes gateway detailing) to serve the proposed house, the creation of a new driveway and garden areas within the site, the installation of an O'Reilly BAF wasterwater treatment system and polishing filter, the construction of a stormwater soakaway, a connection to the public mains water supply and all site works
