1) Construct a two storey extension to the rear of my house over its entire width. 2) Remove the roof from my existing single storey rear extension to enable the proposed extension to be constructed. 3) Complete all ancillary site works associated with the proposed extension. 4) Reconfigure the ground floor layout. 5) Change the utility side window into a door. My existing house has a ground floor area of 109.10sq.m and a first floor area of 63.95sq.m. The proposed works will add 31.42sq.m to the ground floor and 55.49sq.m to the first floor, all the above is to take place at my site
