An extension to plant and equipment associated with FAB 34 located on an existing/permitted concrete slab to the rear of FAB 34. The height of the modified facility will match the existing building height at 24.5 metres. 4. The works also include modifications to site works, underground utilities, roof mounted equipment and site lighting and a louvred screen wall approximately 85 metres in length, as an extension to the existing 8.5-metre-high elevational screen located on top of the Boundary wall to the rear of the Boiler and Chiller Building. 5. Erection of 2 no. ground level, illuminated monument signs at the main east and west vehicular entrances to the site from the R148. Both signs are 1.5 metres high and 2.4 metres wide approximately. 6. Illumination (internally) of 1 no. replacement building sign to the south elevation of the IR6 Building.
