(5) The proposed development also includes minor modifications to site works, access road, underground surface water retention features, additional underground utilities, site lighting, pipe bridges, roof mounted equipment and internal roadworks. (vi) Waste Water Holding Tanks A series of modular waste water holding tanks and associated equipment located in yards with connecting pipebridges. The proposed tanks range from 5 metres high to 20 metres high.
