Kilkenny County Council made a Decision to Grant Permission. A third party appeal was made to An Bord Pleanala - which made an Order (Ref.ABP-302425-18) dated the 18th January 2019 to Grant Permission for the proposed amendments. It is the intention of Ms Sarah Wallace and Ms Frances Wallace to proceed with the development of the property in line with the An Bord Pleanala Orders.
