To construct a new community sports park facility on a 2.83 hectare site directly adjacent and to the north-west of the existing Paulstowns public sports park and on a site area of approximately 0.23 hectares within the boundary of the existing Paulstowns public sports park. The development shall comprise 1 No. 145m long x 90m wide GAA pitch, 1 No. 72m long x 45m wide training pitch, 1 No. 40m long x 26m wide astro pitch incorporating a 40m long x 8m wide x 8m high ball wall, new clubhouse, changing rooms and community sports hall building, new car-parking area, 2m wide walking/running track to perimeter of pitches and car-parking area, new vehicular and pedestrian entrance approximately 50m south-west of the existing sports park entrance, new access road within the existing Paulstown public sports park, all associated landscaping works, fencing, protective screen netting & all associated site development works. This application is for a 7 year permission to develop the site on a phased basis.
