Additional dormer windows to existing first floor bedrooms at west side rear. The application and consequent works to be referenced in compliance with requirements and conditions of previous planning permissions granted: Ref: (17/213) & (PL14/459/ File No.17213), the new proposals achieving and maintaining established services loadings/ requirements. These works are to be inclusive of all associated services and site works.
