For the demolition of existing disused farm buildings and the development of a waste farm film plastics transfer station for the storage, baling and redelivery to approved 3rd party recycling facilities of waste farm film plastic and all associated site works at the site. The capacity of the Waste Transfer Section is 10,000 tonnes per annum. The facility will use an existing access from the public roadway granted under PP 17743. One farm building will be retained for the use at the Transfer Station. This application relates to an activity requiring a waste management facility permit from Kilkenny County Council.
