The proposed development (at Garryduff only) comprises: 1) Construction of a single storey Water Treatment Plant Building measuring 270 sqm (in lieu of permitted single storey Water Treatment Plant Building measuring 73.2 sqm); 2) Construction of 2 no. above ground tanks (and associated access stairs and safety railings), 2 no. below ground tanks, 1 no. pump chamber; and, 3) Associated and ancillary development and works within the site above and below ground level including modified internal road / hard standing area and increased depth of 2 no. permitted Treated Water Storage Tanks.
