(2) Alteration to the front (south-west) elevation including a change of external finish from brick facing to sand/cement render and, (3) Replacement of previously approved signage with a new illuminated sign measuring 18.98m x 2.45m, positioned on the front elevation and incorporating the covering of existing first-floor windows and replacement of previously approved right side elevation signage to measure 7.13m x 2.45m. (4) Erection of a freestanding totem sign to the north-west corner of the site, measuring 1.7m x 5.0m.
