The new pedestrian and cycle access will be located along the North Western Boundary of the existing estate and will connect the estate to the R445 road and footpath network. The proposed pedestrian and cycle access located further east along the R445 to serve the Bellingham Residential scheme granted permission under register reference 08/1273 and referred to in condition 2 of the permission is proposed to be permanently closed off by means of a 2m high blockwork wall.
