A. make amendments to site boundary previously granted under planning reference 18/72 and 23/226. b. make adjustments to the proposed housing layout along the northern boundary, by replacing one semi-detached dwelling (Type 2) and one detached dwelling (Type 3) with a new terraced unit (3 dwellings) (Type 4). c. Increase in the floor area of the proposed dwellings (Types 2 and 3) from 125m² to 132m². d. make alterations to the Road Layout to accommodate the revised house positioning and relocation of previously approved attenuation tank. e. and all associated site development works.
