Remove the existing single storey annex and replace with a new two storey extension, consisting of 2 no. ground floor bedrooms and en suites, together with a tv room and playroom on the first floor. (Total area of new works 306sq.m). Form new rear entrance, stairwell and utility. Replace existing external steps to the front entrance. Replace all existing windows and doors and create new double height bay windows to the south-western elevation. Elevational alterations to the existing building and ancillary site works
