Re-organisation of the site layout, with associated works, and the proposed relocation of 300 car park spaces from the proposed extension on Ballynoe Ave. to a landscaped car park accessed off Derrybeg Road (including the provision of new EV points, motorcycle spaces and bicycle spaces); 5. Relocate 2 existing groundwater control wells; 6. Associated alterations to the existing Manufacturing building and siteworks. This is an existing Lower Tier Seveso site, and the development consists of modifications to an establishment within the meaning of the European Communities Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations.
