Works include the internal reconfiguration of these areas to accommodate the proposed healthcare facility use. It is proposed to provide 1 no sing of 4.46sqm at first floor level on the South East elevation. It is proposed to replace 2 no. ground floor windows panels with louvered panels, 1 no. on the North West elevation and 1 no. on the South East elevation. It is proposed to provide 2 no. bike stands, a clinical refuse area and a yellow box for emergency vehicles in the existing car park. At roof level it is proposed to provide 10 sqm of additional roof plant. These and all ancillary site works to facilitate the proposed change of use development
