Erection of an extension (part single storey, part one & a half storey & part two storey) to the south-east of our house, single storey to the north-west of our house, and some elevation changes to the north-east elevation to the existing house consisting of new window arrangement and new raised masonry parapet. Demolish existing garage at the south-west of the site, construct new barrel vaulter shed to the east of the site, decommission existing septic tank & provision of new effluent treatment system including all associated site works
