First and Second floor levels: A total of 8 number 2 bedroom dual aspect apartments ( 4 per floor overlooking Canal ) including associated stairwells, balconies and services. This application also seeks permission for new connections to all public services and all ancillary site works.A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted as part of this planning application
