Canopy and signage that has been removed 4. Roller shutter that has been removed 5. Partially build canopy over front access door 6. Plaster build up with tile finish cladding to front elevation at ground floor 7. New windows and front door. Permission sought to retain and permission sought to complete partially built canopy over the front access door and finish plaster and paint to the front two storey elevation. Retention permission sought for demolition and permission sought for reconstruction and finish of 15(a) which was a single storey shop and will now be domestic store for the apartments.
