The development will also include extended surface car-parking for an additional 75 no. car parking spaces, 30 cycle spaces, secondary car entrance off the internal estate access road, boundary fencing, surface water attenuation area and culverting of existing stream. The works will include hard and permeable surfaces and soft landscaping. All the above includes associated ancillary works and services
