Construction of a service station forecourt with canopy over, 3 no. fuel dispensing pump islands, 1 no. remote dispenser and all associated fuel pipework; 4. Install 1 no. main ID sign, erect canopy branding and shop fascia branding; 5. Install 1 no. car wash and; 6. Construction of all ancillary site features including yard compound, drainage, service bay, parking bays, line marking, directional signage, and boundary treatments
